Four steps, from the first diagnosis to the indicator that shows what changed.
I understand the goal, the context and what has already been tried.
Clear priorities
I identify who decides, who influences, and which organizations and programs connect to your agenda.
Stakeholder map
I build the narrative, open the conversations and lead meetings with government, trade bodies and partners.
Open doors and commitments
I track indicators and adjust course until access becomes a contract, partnership or policy.

| Funding and partnerships | Opportunities go unnoticed | Programs and calls mapped |
| Reputation | Communication disconnected from impact | Narrative aligned with the SDGs |
| Results | Hard to measure | Indicators tracked |
